Must Know Before You Go for Singapore Flyer Tickets
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.
- In the event of extreme weather conditions, Singapore Flyer operations will be temporarily suspended for safety reasons. Time Capsule will remain open even during extreme weather.
- Please arrive 30 minutes before your selected time slot for check-in at the Guest Services Lounge (Level 1).
- Boarding for latecomers will be at the discretion of the on-ground operator and subject to availability.
- Transfers are available throughout Singapore town, excluding the Woodlands and Changi areas.
- Follow all safety instructions provided by staff and remain seated during the rotation of the Singapore Flyer for your safety and the safety of others.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the Singapore Flyer, including inside capsules and designated areas.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, outside food and drinks are not permitted within the capsules of the Singapore Flyer.
- Children must be supervised by adults at all times to ensure their safety and the comfort of other guests.
